Soul of Piešťany
People come to Piešťany for our wonderful water, for the tranquility of the Spa Island and of course for the symphony of music that makes the summer season here so pleasant. Each year Piešťany invites artists, musicians, theatres, designers and writers to perform as well as art exhibits. Each year many cultural events take place including the „Opening of Summer Spa Season“ and of course the Victoria Regia flower competition. Throughout the year there are many concerts culminating with Piešťany’s festival which provides an incredibly lively atmosphere.
The Social Centre organizes program during our Guest’s leisure time. You can choose from a rich selection of classical concerts, opera, musicals and jazz concerts. One guest favorite is our program of local and foreign folklore dances.
A sound body helps to heal!
We know that you will not be bored during your stay here in Piešťany. Tennis, golf (including a modern indoor golf simulators), Sauna and water world are all located in the Spa Island. Biking in Piešťany is a way of life for both local residents and guests and we invite you to make use of our many amazing bike trails. Along the river Váh arterial road you can get to neighbouring towns any villages.
Water sports are also a basic ingredient of our summer program. Lake Sĺňava is ideal for yachting, rowing, wakeboarding and water skiing. The local horse-riding club on Lido Island organizes courses of horse-riding and pony-riding for adults and children.
