Outpatient treatments
If you would like to try one of our therapeutic or relaxation treatments, you can buy it at the reception desks of Irma Health Spa, Napoleon Health Spa, and the Balnea Center. Treatments offered to outpatients (without accompanying accommodation) are divided into two groups – treatments that require medical examination and treatments that can be administered without medical attention. After purchasing one of our procedures you will receive a voucher which you will take to the assigned department and on the basis of which your treatment will be administered.If the treatment you purchased has possible contraindications and it requires medical examination, you will undergo a consultation with a spa doctor before the treatment is administered.
After arriving at the appropriate department, balneotherapy employees will come to your assistance and explain the course of the treatment in detail. You can also purchase such treatments as the Mud Pool, the Mirror Pool, massages, or mud packs as a gift for your friends or acquaintances. In that case you will receive a gift voucher issued in the name of the person you bought the gift for.
Apart from individual treatments, you can also buy a complex outpatient treatment programme, which contains medical examinations and up to four treatments per day, as specified by your attending physician. The minimum length of complex outpatient treatment is 6 therapeutic days.
