Our mirror pool is a wonderfully relaxing experience both for the mind and body. The pool is filled with natural sulphuric thermal mineral water with a temperature of 38°-39°C, where the guest is submerged up to his/her arms. Our mirror pools have a distinctive meditative quality to them which promote physical healing as well as mental relaxation. The duration of this treatment is subject to the doctor's prescription but usually lasts 10 – 20 minutes and ends with a dry total wrap for up to 15 minutes.
