Personal data protection – on-line booking
Danubius Hotel Operation and Services Private Company Limited By Shares, with the registered office 1051 Budapest, Szent István tér 11, Hungary, hereby declares as an Opera centra Reservation System operator to be authorised to provide personal data from on-line reservation form to Health Spa Piešťany (Slovenské liečebné kúpele Piešťany, a.s., SLKP) with the registered office at Winterova 29, Piešťany 921 29, Slovak Republic for the purposes of service provision by the company facilities.
Reservation form
Personal data provided in the reservation form will be processed for the purpose of medical care (Act no. 576/2004 Coll.), fulfilment of the concluded contract and establishment of pre-contractual relations concerning service provision (Article 7(4), letter b) of Act no. 428/2002 Coll.) .
Information disclosure
Provided personal data will be further disclosed to or accessed by third parties only as allowed by Act no. 428/2002 Coll. The operator shall not disclose the processed personal data.
Affected person
An affected person, i.e. the person who provided his or her personal data, in terms of the provisions of Article 20(1), letters a) to e) of Act no. 428/2002 Coll., has a right, upon a written application, to request the operator for information about the state of processing of the personal data in the information system in a generally intelligible form; about the source from which the operator obtained such personal data for their processing; a copy of personal data; correction of incorrect, incomplete or not updated personal data which are subject to processing; and disposal of personal data if the purpose of their processing was fulfilled. Also, he or she has the right to request in writing for a disposal of personal data which are subject to processing in case of a breach of Act no. 428/2002 Coll. The operator shall satisfy the requests of such an affected person pursuant to Article 20 of Act no. 428/2002 Coll. and shall inform such person in writing at the latest within 30 days of receipt of such request.
If the purpose of personal data processing is completed, pursuant to Article 13(1) of Act no. 428/2002 Coll., the operator shall dispose of such personal data.

If you fill in the subscription form for news from the Spa Island via Newsletter, your name and e-mail address will be included into the database for Newsletter distribution.
