Spa hotel Jalta was built in 1929 in functional style based on the plan and project of the architect Weisz.
Dependance step by step grew and added up during the inter-war period. Originally they presented favourite sanatoriums, nowadays the majority of them have undergone reconstruction and offer high-quality hotel services.
Villa „Ivánka“ (Dependence Šumava)
Corner boarding house situated in the vicinity of a park, built in 1928 in the constructivism style – functionalism pursuant to the project by J. Merganec and O. Klimeš.
Villa „Riviera“ (Dependence Riviera)
A boarding house at the end of three villas built on an embankment. It is one of the typical panorama features of the right river bank. It was built in 1928 pursuant to the design by F. Wimmer and A. Szönyi (modernism reminiscence).
